I contacted Peter at PC Doctor this February because I was having trouble with my computer’s CD/DVD drives, as well as a few other issues that were well beyond my limited computer capabilities. I was very surprised that I was offered an appointment the same day, but had to request one a few days later due to another commitment that day.
Peter showed up the morning promised and I was very pleased with the service which included reformatting my hard drives and reloading all my software.
